Answer: Typically RedyRef requires a software specification on your requirements. The more detailed the specification the more accurate we can provide a proposal. We can also assist in designing the software specification if you don’t have a detailed specification.

Yes, if you have a software service contract we provide software upgrades as they become available at no charge. Please not that software upgrades are only provided if they are compatible with your computer operating software.
No, it is not always necessary to have a remote connection to the software, but it is highly recommended so we can provide service quickly, easily and cost effectively.
Depending on the type of software solution there are a variety of ways to update content. Typically RedyRef provides an editor on the back end for an administrator to easily update content from a remote computer.
Yes, we can monitor kiosks to detect issues or malfunctions. We keep log files on each kiosk and can have information automatically send to specified individuals such as “paper low” or “kiosk not connected to internet”. There is typically a monthly cost per kiosk for this level of service.
No, all kiosk are locked down and password protected.
All browsing restrictions are controlled by you from a back end administrative interface. You can set the controls for users to browse one specific URL address or a variety of URL’s, it’s completely controlled by you. RedyRef typically sets the controls up initially and then going forward you make all the changes.
Answer: Customer should provide 120v 15A circuit (or 20A) terminated in a 2”x4” Handy Box w/Duplex receptacle at the location indicated on drawing. Although a dedicated circuit is preferred, a typical system consisting of (1) CPU and (1) Monitor draws approx 5.0 amps and therefore can reside on a shared circuit, if necessary.
